1. All players start with an equal amount of chips, but may add chips by using BONUS BUCKS or by Qualifying more than once for a Quarterly or State Finals game.

2. The dealer is in charge of the chips in play and has control of the action, unless he/she asks for help from the other players.

3. If the player in the small blind is eliminated, the deal stays with the current dealer. If the player in the big blind is eliminated as well, the small blind is dead and only the big blind will be posted. Every player must post the big blind and the small blind every round.

4. New players are dealt in immediately unless they sit down in between the blinds and the dealer. Then they have to wait until the deal passes. Players that sit down in the big blind must post the big blind, regardless of their previous position.

5. The chips will be removed from play when they are no longer needed in the blind structure. Chips will be rounded up to the nearest chip value. EX (400 = 500 , 1600 = 2000)
